Our remodeled pool villa has 3 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom, 2 themed twin bedrooms, fantastic games room, 2 lounge areas, home office area with a pull-out couch and a private pool. The villa is located in the highly-desirable Windsor Hills resort (water park, resort pool and clubhouse amenities included) – less than 5 miles to Disney World! This villa has been remodeled throughout with fantastic upgrades including stylish new furnishings, laminate floors, SMART TVs in every room complete, a fun games room with table football and arcade games and pinball, 2 stylish lounge areas and 2 themed kids’ bedrooms.

Enter the home into the impressive hallway with den/mini home office (the 7th bedroom) on your left, offering a comfortable sofa, large SMART TV and an office workspace. After you pass the den, you will enter a spacious formal dining area which comfortably seats 8. Continue to the airy and open-plan family room, the kitchen with a breakfast bar, a breakfast nook with seating for 4 and sliding doors which lead out to the pool deck.

The family room has a large corner leather sofa, huge 60-inch SMART TV (Netflix, Disney+ and Hulu is included on every TV!) and views out to the pool deck. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters and everything you need to dine at home is included.  The stainless steel appliances include a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove and hob, coffee maker, Keurig, blender, kettle, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc.

The tropical-themed queen bedroom is located on the first floor (ground floor) with a SMART TV and a ceiling fan. A full-sized family bathroom is right next door with a tub/shower.  This bathroom located close to the pool and is easily accessible. 

Head upstairs where you will find 3 beautifully decorated king bedrooms (2 king master suites), 2 themed twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. The first spacious king master suite is decorated in stylish navy and grey tones with a king bed, ceiling fan, large SMART TV and a huge en suite bathroom with tub, separate shower and twin sinks.

The second king master suite is a relaxing beach-themed room with a king bed, ceiling fan, large SMART TV and en suite bathroom with shower.

The third king bedroom is decorated in stylish silver tones and has a king bed, ceiling fan and large SMART TV.

Kids will love the themed bedrooms, each with SMART TV! The first twin bedroom has a cool Star Wars theme and the second twin room has a fun Disney Princess theme. There is also a family bathroom with tub/shower.

The garage has been converted into an amazing games room complete with table football, digital pinball, arcade game and huge 60 inch SMART TV, plus cool superhero wall art.

Step outside onto the private pool deck with a pool and spa, loungers and shaded outdoor dining area with TV and ceiling fan. The pool and spa can be heated (bookable for extra fees for $40/night) and has a pool safety fence for families with small children.

The property includes a pack and play, a high chair and a stroller. It has air conditioning throughout, Wifi and a laundry room with a washer and dryer and ironing facilities. There is parking on the driveway for two cars.

The home has been recently repainted throughout, it has new laminate floors and has new microban door handles throughout to help prevent microbial build-up.

This beautiful home has complimentary access to the impressive clubhouse and resort amenities including a large lagoon pool, water park* with slides, spa, gym, tennis courts, picnic area, shop, kids’ play areas, bar, shop and more.
